Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will support the planning, execution and monitoring of both offline and online marketing campaigns for METRO Pakistan. The role ensures seamless day‑to‑day marketing activities, consistent brand communication and effective content delivery to strengthen the brand, engage customers and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, in‑store) in line with brand guidelines.
• Maintain campaign and marketing calendars, aligning them with promotions, seasonal activities and business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and share insights with senior management.
• Oversee daily content needs for the corporate website, social media, Metro Post and in‑store communications, ensuring brand voice and visual identity consistency.
• Prepare creative briefs and coordinate with agencies or design teams to deliver marketing assets.
• Collaborate with internal CRM and digital teams, as well as commercial and operations units, to maximise reach and align campaigns with sales targets.
• Support the planning and execution of corporate and customer events, including communication materials and timelines.
• Coordinate internal communication initiatives in partnership with HR and corporate communications when required.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications or brand management.
