About the role

People Perfect is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives for a leading multinational consumer electronics brand. The role focuses on building brand equity, driving market share, and enhancing customer engagement across digital, traditional, and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with sales targets.
• Manage marketing budgets with a focus on ROI.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to uncover trends.
• Maintain consistent brand positioning across all platforms.
• Strengthen brand presence in Pakistan through PR, CSR, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Plan and launch 360° campaigns (TV, digital, OOH, print, radio).
• Lead digital strategy including SEO/SEM, paid media, influencer marketing, and social media.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce, sales, and product teams for go‑to‑market strategies.
• Oversee a team of marketing executives and agency partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years of marketing experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of 360° campaign execution in consumer electronics or similar fast‑paced sectors.
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
