Marketing Manager – Sales & Brand Growth

About the role

The Catalyst Group is recruiting on behalf of One Skin, a fast‑growing skincare brand, for a Marketing Manager focused on sales and brand growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead brand building, performance marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and new product launches to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with sales and growth targets.
• Lead paid media campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital channels, optimizing ROAS, CAC and conversion.
• Manage brand‑building initiatives, refine positioning, messaging and digital presence.
• Oversee social media, content, influencer and CRM programs to boost engagement and lifetime value.
• Support new product development from concept through launch, including go‑to‑market planning.
• Drive sales growth across e‑commerce, modern trade, key accounts and pharmacies.
• Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, FMCG or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record in performance marketing and brand management.
• Strong analytical, commercial and execution capabilities.
• Effective leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
