Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead our marketing technology, CRM, and analytics infrastructure. Reporting to the CMO, you will ensure data quality, compliance, and seamless collaboration between marketing and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee lead and account data management, ensuring database integrity and GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with sales on list uploads, lead management, and routing models.
• Own the end‑to‑end marketing technology stack, including vendor assessment and optimization.
• Build and optimize processes to improve marketing operations efficiency.
• Develop training materials and documentation for marketing systems.
• Own reporting and analytics, using attribution models to measure ROI.
• Manage and mentor the marketing operations team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum three years hands‑on experience with a marketing automation tool, preferably HubSpot.
• At least two years of experience managing a team.
• Strong ability to collaborate with sales and other departments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
