Marketing Specialist for Historic Hotel (Remote)

About the role

The hotel seeks a Marketing Specialist to manage its website, social media channels, and paid advertising for the property and its two on‑site venues. The role is fully remote and focuses on driving bookings, events, and restaurant traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the hotel website (Webflow) with current rooms, offers, events, and wedding information.
• Own and grow the hotel’s social media presence, creating consistent content that showcases rooms, events, and the property’s heritage.
• Manage distinct social channels for The Spanish Grill and the Coffee Palace, keeping each venue’s voice while aligning with the overall brand.
• Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns to generate direct bookings, function enquiries, and venue visits.
• Generate fresh growth and branding ideas and take ownership of approved initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in hotel or hospitality.
• Proven track record with Meta Ads delivering measurable results.
• Strong social media content creation skills across multiple brands.
• Ability to independently update a Webflow website without developer support.
• Proactive, open to new ideas and focused on business growth.
