MBU Lead – Network Operations & Technical Management

About the role

The MBU Lead will oversee the operational and technical aspects of the access network, ensuring seamless service delivery, fault resolution, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders across Hafizabad, Raiwind and Depalpur.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve faults related to Micro‑FLM, OMO‑FLM, B2S‑FLM and other network components, including spare parts issuance and delivery.
• Conduct quality KPI analysis and reporting (e.g., NAR, DCR, TCH Availability) and implement corrective actions.
• Provide business and technical support for access/link power requirements and coordinate with planning teams for network rollout operations.
• Manage Telco inventory, oversee spares movement between Huawei warehouses and vendor locations, and ensure timely delivery for fault rectification.
• Act as liaison for Sales Regional POCs, handle stakeholder coordination, and manage escalation matrices.
• Administer NOC portals, service portal tasks (CCMS, ECRF, site locking) and ensure timely PM cycles and audits.
• Handle monthly/quarterly invoicing, B2S reconciliation and Huawei Telco invoicing.
• Develop disaster management plans and ensure HSSE compliance across operations.
• Conduct network audits, assist in Capex planning and oversee change and access management for rollouts and upgrades (e.g., MIMO).
• Coordinate FTTS activities and support regulatory reporting requirements.
