Mechanical Foreman – Heavy Machinery (On-site)

About the role

The Mechanical Foreman will be based on‑site in Chilas, overseeing the maintenance and operation of heavy machinery for construction projects. This full‑time position ensures equipment reliability while supporting project timelines and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance and inspection routines for heavy machinery.
• Manage on‑site mechanical operations and coordinate with the technical team.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and project schedules.
• Provide guidance and leadership to on‑site technicians.

Required profile

• Proven experience in maintenance and inspection of heavy machinery.
• Strong background in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• Familiarity with CAD for technical documentation and equipment modifications.
• Experience with automotive and heavy‑equipment machinery.
• Ability to lead and manage on‑site teams effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Previous work on construction projects is a plus.
