Medical Representative

About the role

Central Park Medical College is looking for a Medical Representative in Lahore to promote healthcare products, build professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and clinic teams, and ensure accurate communication of product information.

Key responsibilities

• Visit healthcare facilities to introduce and explain assigned products or services.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with medical professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Present product features, benefits, usage information, and approved promotional materials in a clear and ethical manner.
• Achieve assigned coverage, activity, and business development objectives through organized field planning.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor information, customer feedback, and emerging healthcare needs.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer queries and support timely service delivery.
• Represent the organization professionally while complying with applicable healthcare and promotional standards.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to explain medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical information clearly to varied professional audiences.
• Confident interpersonal approach with doctors, pharmacists, clinic teams, and institutional decision‑makers.
• Good territory planning and customer‑focused attitude with persistence and professionalism.
• Basic understanding of healthcare products, medical terminology, and market feedback collection.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, mobile reporting tools, and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently in the field and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Fluent communication in English and Urdu; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
