Medical Sales Executive

About the role

Total Technologies is hiring a Medical Sales Executive in Lahore (head office) to drive sales of its medical equipment portfolio across hospitals and clinics in the assigned territory. The role is full-time and on-site, and involves building lasting relationships with procurement teams, biomedical engineers and clinical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics and procurement committees in the territory.
• Present and demonstrate the product portfolio, including OR systems, life-support equipment and infection-prevention solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders and proposals with the technical team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities and client interactions.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Represent the company at medical exhibitions, conferences and product launches.
• Coordinate with the after-sales service team to ensure client satisfaction after installation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 2-5 years of B2B sales experience; medical equipment or healthcare industry strongly preferred.
• Confident communicator able to engage clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.
• Fluency in Urdu and English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
