Member of Technical Staff, Finance Research (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff to join our finance research team on a fully remote basis. In this position you will conduct deep quantitative research, build sophisticated models, and help shape investment strategies for a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement quantitative models to analyze financial markets, trends, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct rigorous research on financial instruments, economic indicators, and sector‑specific developments.
• Develop and refine algorithms for automated financial analysis and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with data‑science and engineering teams to integrate research findings into scalable solutions.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong background in quantitative finance, econometrics, or related fields.
• Experience working with large financial datasets and extracting actionable insights.
• Ability to develop, validate, and communicate complex financial models.
