Member of Technical Staff – Legal Research (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff specializing in Legal Research to join a global software development leader. The role is fully remote and focuses on interpreting complex legal and regulatory frameworks, translating them into technical requirements, and building tools that keep our products compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to guide product decisions.
• Design and implement technical frameworks and automation tools for legal research.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to embed legal insights into product design.
• Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and compliance guidelines for development teams.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
• Proven experience in regulatory analysis and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to convert legal concepts into clear technical specifications.
