MEP BIM Modeler (Revit)

About the role

Switzel International is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to join its Lahore office. You will be responsible for creating accurate building services models and ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed Revit MEP models covering HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks to prevent on‑site conflicts.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to align designs.
• Generate shop drawings and comprehensive construction documentation.
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to Level of Development (LOD) requirements on every project.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on MEP BIM modeling experience.
• Strong understanding of building services systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple disciplines.
• Diploma or degree in an engineering or related field.
