MEP Engineer

About the role

ACE Properties is seeking a qualified MEP Engineer to lead maintenance activities across its real‑estate portfolio. The role acts as the primary link between senior management and the maintenance team, ensuring all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and related systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing works for new and existing projects.
• Develop, implement and monitor maintenance procedures and preventive‑maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of assets, identify issues and drive corrective actions.
• Allocate tasks, supervise the maintenance crew and ensure proper use of tools and PPE.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, place orders and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor maintenance expenses, prepare budgets and ensure adherence to approved financial limits.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors and service providers to secure quality services.
• Maintain logs, generate activity reports and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Ensure solar energy systems, generators and all critical equipment remain fully operational.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, solar and CCTV systems.
• Experience in planning, supervising and executing maintenance projects in a real‑estate or construction environment.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, budgeting and inventory management.
