Merchandise and Vendor Manager (Assistant Manager)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Merchandise and Vendor Manager (Assistant Manager) to lead procurement and vendor operations for our event management, promotional giveaways and corporate supplies business. The role is based in our Karachi office and involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Source, negotiate and contract with suppliers to obtain best terms.
• Oversee inventory control, logistics and delivery schedules.
• Prepare purchase orders and keep accurate procurement records.
• Monitor supplier performance, address operational issues and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee timely project execution.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, inventory, logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management and supply‑chain processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and organizational abilities.
• Office‑based work in Karachi.
