Merchandising Lead / Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Merchandising Lead / Manager to lead merchandising operations, ensuring strong client relationships, seamless coordination with production and suppliers, timely order execution, and achievement of company sales and on‑time shipping targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the merchandising team and build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive sales achievement, business growth, and effective outsource factory management, including cost and delivery negotiations.
• Ensure on‑time shipment and milestone achievement through proactive TNA follow‑up and issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate and timely client reporting, sample/ETA communication, and responsive service.
• Identify and develop new outsource factories and maintain supplier performance, quality, OTP, and service scorecards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in merchandising, leadership, or a similar role within the knitwear apparel industry.
• Strong client management, communication, negotiation, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP/merchandising systems and performance reporting.
