Merchant Services Account Manager (Night Shift)

About the role

Optinet Solutions is looking for a Merchant Services Account Manager to manage merchant accounts, ensure regulatory compliance, and support growth through payment gateway integrations. The position is based in Lahore and works night shifts to align with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate merchant account records and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Facilitate payment processing activities, including payment gateway integration and implementation of secure payment protocols.
• Develop and sustain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Ensure strict compliance with GDPR and other financial regulations.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify expansion opportunities.
• Perform outbound calls and telemarketing activities to meet monthly sales targets.
• Document transactions, customer interactions, and compliance checks.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
• Adapt work schedule to US business hours during night shifts.
• Apply basic financial and banking knowledge to set up merchant accounts and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, telemarketing, banking operations, or as a Banking Officer.
• Strong spoken English and confident communication skills.
• Ability to handle outbound calls during night shifts aligned with US hours.
• Target‑driven attitude with awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Basic understanding of financial or banking concepts.
