Meta Ads Expert

About the role

Carpe Diem, an IT and software development firm serving 400+ clients in the USA, is looking for experienced Meta Ads Experts to strengthen its media buying and marketing automation work. The position is full-time, remote, with evening shifts from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience creating and managing Meta ad campaigns
• Experience in specific niches such as e-commerce, lead generation and app installs
• Ability to interpret creative testing data and give actionable insights

Required skills

• Meta Ads, including Meta Pixel implementation and Conversions API (CAPI) setup
• Meta Andromeda and creative testing framework
• Budget optimization across campaign objectives and understanding of high-performing ad creative (hooks, native formats, UGC)
• Video content optimization for Reels, Stories and in-feed placements
• AI-assisted ad copy generation using prompt engineering
• Attribution models, cross-platform tracking, Google Analytics or similar, and UTM parameters
