Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect / Senior M365 Engineer to act as the technical Subject Matter Expert for designing, implementing, administering and supporting enterprise‑scale Microsoft 365 environments. The role combines hands‑on engineering with strategic guidance on security, identity, automation and multi‑cloud integration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and support enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune.
• Serve as the primary SME for Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory and hybrid identity architectures.
• Lead IAM initiatives such as SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Zero Trust and PKI certificate lifecycle management.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 services with Okta, AWS and other cloud platforms.
• Implement security, compliance, data‑protection and governance best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Power Automate and related tools.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents related to identity, security, collaboration and endpoint management.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security and application teams and produce technical documentation, procedures and architecture diagrams.
• Mentor engineering and support staff and evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise Microsoft environments.
• Proven hands‑on expertise with Microsoft 365 technologies and hybrid identity solutions.
• Strong background in security, automation and multi‑cloud integration.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
