Microsoft Power Apps and Python Junior Engineer

About the role

EaseWerk Digital is looking for a motivated Junior Engineer to join its remote engineering team. You will work on low‑code applications using Microsoft Power Apps while building Python‑based backend services that integrate with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python backend components, APIs, and integrations using Django or lightweight frameworks.
• Create connectors for Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and Google Workspace APIs.
• Design automated workflows with Power Automate and Python scripts to synchronize data and streamline processes.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Required profile

• Practical experience building Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas or Model‑driven).
• Proficiency in Python; Django experience is a plus.
• Understanding of RESTful API creation, OAuth, API keys, and webhooks.
• Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and data modeling (PostgreSQL/SQLite).
• Good communication skills in English and a willingness to learn.
