Mid-Level Accountant – Manufacturing Sector

About the role

Mirari Furniture, a leading furniture manufacturer, is seeking a Mid-Level Accountant to join its Accounts & Finance team in Islamabad. The role involves handling core accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting tax and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general accounting duties, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and preparation of vouchers and invoices.
• Conduct bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations to verify financial information and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts, management reports, and financial statements.
• Support inventory, production, and cost accounting activities.
• Handle payroll accounting and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or commercial sectors.
• Qualifications such as CA (qualified or part‑qualified), ACCA, BS Accounting & Finance, M.Com, B.Com, or BBA Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani taxation laws and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently, meet strict reporting deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
