Mid-Level Cold Caller – B2B Outreach

About the role

Vorson, a TAG Group company, is looking for a motivated Mid‑Level Cold Caller to lead outbound B2B outreach across Pakistan. You will be the first point of contact with corporate prospects, turning cold calls into qualified opportunities for our account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound calling campaigns targeting corporate prospects throughout Pakistan.
• Present Vorson’s full suite of B2B services confidently and persuasively.
• Qualify leads, schedule meetings and hand them over to the sales team.
• Monitor and report performance against weekly and monthly targets.
• Continuously improve scripts and outreach tactics based on results.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in cold calling or telesales.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed lead‑generation targets.
• Strong objection‑handling and rapport‑building capabilities.
• Fluent in Urdu and English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call‑tracking systems.
