Mid-Level Graphic Designer for Amazon FBA Brands

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Mid‑Level Graphic Designer to join X UP Brands. You will design high‑performing visual assets for social media, email newsletters, and website banners supporting our Amazon FBA portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging social media creatives (static posts, carousels, ad creatives) that follow brand guidelines.
• Create visually compelling email newsletter layouts that drive engagement and conversions.
• Produce website banners, landing‑page assets, and promotional visuals optimized for web.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to align design with campaign goals.
• Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in e‑commerce or digital marketing.
• Strong grasp of design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs and take feedback constructively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma (must‑have).
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience designing for social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, etc.).
• Knowledge of email design best practices (responsive layouts, CTA placement).
