Mobile App Growth Expert — User Acquisition

About the role

We are a mobile app studio seeking a senior Mobile App Growth Expert to own the full growth engine for two high‑potential utility apps. This remote, part‑time contract position focuses on scaling user acquisition, ad monetization, and subscription/IAP revenue in a unified optimization framework.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a scale‑up plan, moving from testing budgets to a sustained $100k/month combined ad spend.
• Set user acquisition strategy across Meta and Google Ads (UAC), including bidding, creative testing, and scaling decisions.
• Own the ad monetization stack end‑to‑end: mediation setup, waterfall and bidding configuration, eCPM optimization, and ad placement.
• Optimize subscription performance: paywall design, pricing tiers, trial‑to‑paid conversion, price localization, and churn management.
• Optimize the in‑app purchase layer: remove‑ads offers, pro‑upgrade pricing, and A/B testing to improve ARPDAU.
• Manage and continuously improve LTV/CAC, ROAS, and payback windows, ensuring unit economics are validated before scaling.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience scaling mobile utility apps.
• Strategic thinker who treats acquisition, ad revenue, and subscriptions as a single optimization problem.
• Comfortable working autonomously on a fractional basis and collaborating with an execution team.
