Mobile Front‑end Developer (Flutter/React Native)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Mobile Front‑end Developer to join a fast‑growing Australian client on a permanent remote basis. The role focuses on building high‑performance, scalable mobile applications using Flutter and/or React Native (Expo) while adhering to modern UI/UX standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile apps with Flutter + Flutter Web and/or React Native (Expo).
• Implement robust state management using Bloc (mandatory for Flutter).
• Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product owners to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Integrate REST APIs and, when required, GraphQL APIs.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous product and user‑experience improvements.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of professional experience in mobile front‑end development.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
• High ownership, accountability, and cultural alignment with a collaborative mindset.

Required skills
