Mono Retail Lead

About the role

The Mono Retail Lead is responsible for the full performance of mono‑brand reseller stores operated by the Company’s channel partners. Acting as the bridge between the Company’s standards and on‑ground execution, you will drive sales, ensure compliance, and expand the store network.

Key responsibilities

• Own partner store P&L, sell‑through and sell‑out metrics, and achieve sales targets across all mono‑brand locations.
• Lead site identification, business case development, and rollout planning for new stores, managing timelines, design compliance, and go‑live readiness.
• Ensure every partner store meets brand merchandising, visual, and customer‑experience standards through audits and corrective actions.
• Design and deliver product, sales‑technique, and service training for partner store staff.
• Plan and execute in‑store promotions, bundles, financing/BNPL tie‑ins, and seasonal campaigns aligned with the brand’s retail marketing calendar.
• Serve as the single point of contact for partner principals on business reviews, dispute resolution, credit/stock terms, and joint business planning cycles.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing retail store performance and P&L responsibility.
• Strong track record in store network expansion and project rollout.
• Ability to enforce brand standards and conduct effective audits.
• Experience designing and delivering retail training programs.
• Skilled in trade‑marketing execution and managing promotional offers.
• Excellent partner relationship and governance capabilities.
