Multimedia Producer – Remote Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Multimedia Producer to lead the creation of video and static content for our e‑commerce brand. Working remotely, you will own the end‑to‑end production pipeline, from concept development to final export, ensuring a consistent brand presence across social, marketplace, email and advertising channels.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and pitch ideas for product videos, brand stories, collaborations and short‑form social clips.
• Prepare scripts, moodboards, storyboards, shot lists and filming schedules.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align creative direction.
• Edit long‑form and short‑form videos for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and Lemonade.
• Produce motion‑enhanced ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns.
• Create and edit product images for Amazon and Shopify listings, design web banners and email visuals, and develop static ad creatives.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in content production, video editing or multimedia, or an equivalent freelance portfolio.
• Strong initiative, confident idea‑sharing and ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational and detail‑orientation skills.
• Passion for video storytelling and hands‑on content creation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
• Proficiency with image editing tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, Camera Raw, Canva).
• Proficiency with audio editing tools (Audition, Audacity).
• Understanding of short‑form and long‑form video formats for social platforms.
• Knowledge of e‑commerce product image standards for Amazon and Shopify.
• Strong command of English and a portfolio demonstrating editing, conceptualisation and visual design.
