NEMT Dispatcher (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

SS Support Network is seeking a full‑time NEMT Dispatcher to join its on‑site team in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. You will coordinate daily non‑emergency medical transportation schedules, assign trips to drivers, and ensure safe, timely pickups and drop‑offs for patients and brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming trip requests from brokers and internal teams.
• Assign trips to drivers and update routes and schedules in real time.
• Monitor vehicle locations to guarantee on‑time service.
• Maintain accurate trip records and handle service issues or delays.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, brokers, and passengers.
• Support compliance with broker contracts and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong dispatching and scheduling abilities, able to manage multiple trips simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or transportation training is a plus.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or NEMT operations preferred.
• Willingness to work shifts that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer‑based dispatch systems.
• Familiarity with mapping tools.
• Competence in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
• Effective use of email for communication.
