.NET Backend Developer – C# & ASP.NET Core

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality backend services using C# and ASP.NET Core. You will work on modernizing our architecture, creating RESTful APIs, and ensuring strong performance across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, frontend, and engineering teams to develop new features and improve existing functionality.
• Lead the transformation of a monolithic application into a scalable, service‑oriented architecture.
• Write clean, well‑documented code with comprehensive unit tests.
• Optimize SQL queries and data access patterns using Entity Framework Core or Dapper.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions.

Required profile

• Strong experience building backend services and web APIs with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Solid understanding of REST principles and API design.
• Proficiency in writing efficient SQL and working with relational databases.
• Experience with ORM tools such as Entity Framework Core or Dapper.
• Ability to write unit tests using MSTest, NUnit, or xUnit.
