Network Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement and maintain our LAN, WAN and MAN infrastructure across multiple sites. The role involves troubleshooting network and server issues, providing Help Desk support and ensuring high availability of our IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network, server and peripheral device problems.
• Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, MAN and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configure and administer DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, domain controllers and group policies.
• Monitor and manage centralized IT infrastructure across branches and head office.
• Implement ISP failover, load balancing and VPN connectivity using MikroTik, FortiGate and TP‑Link Omada.
• Set up Cloudflare DDNS and automatic DNS failover for high availability.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows servers and network devices.
• Provide Help Desk support and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Plan IT infrastructure upgrades and perform preventive maintenance.
• Administer Microsoft SQL Server, handling backup, restore and recovery.
• Maintain technical documentation and IT asset records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in network administration within Linux or Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, routing, switching and NAT.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Proven ability to monitor network performance and ensure security and uptime.
