Network Support Engineer – FTTH & GPON

About the role

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to lead the deployment and maintenance of our FTTH and GPON networks. The role involves hands‑on work with fiber optic infrastructure, supervising field teams and ensuring service delivery of triple‑play solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain FTTH and GPON networks, including fiber optic cable laying, splicing, testing, ONT installation and router configuration.
• Supervise field teams to meet performance KPIs.
• Read and interpret manufacturer documentation and manuals for transmission equipment.
• Conduct surveys of high‑rise buildings and sites, monitor network rollout and prepare cost estimates for new installations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
