New Zealand Visa Processing Officer

About the role

The New Zealand Visa Processing Officer will join AUKUS Consultant’s immigration team in Islamabad. This full‑time position manages the end‑to‑end lifecycle of New Zealand visa applications, guiding clients from initial inquiry through submission and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct eligibility assessments and advise clients on New Zealand immigration requirements.
• Collect, verify, and organise supporting documentation for each case.
• Prepare complete application files and submit them to the relevant authorities.
• Monitor application status, update internal systems, and communicate progress to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with New Zealand immigration regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of New Zealand visa categories and immigration policies.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication for explaining complex processes.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Relevant academic background (law, international relations, business or related field) preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using case‑management tools for immigration consulting.
