Night Shift Customer Service Representative (English) – On Site

About the role

ReallTime is looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to work the night shift on‑site in Lahore. You will be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound customer interactions, delivering timely and accurate assistance while upholding the company’s high standards of professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and chat messages from English‑speaking customers.
• Provide clear information about products and services and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Document customer issues and actions taken in the CRM/ticketing system.
• Follow up on open cases to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex problems.
• Maintain performance and quality metrics as defined by the organization.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in call‑center, help‑desk or customer support environments, preferably night‑shift.
• Ability to stay focused and productive during overnight hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in communications is a plus.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with good problem‑solving abilities.
