Night Shift Limo Dispatcher

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Night Shift Limo Dispatcher to join our luxury transportation team in Lahore. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling reservations, coordinating with chauffeurs, and ensuring smooth operations during overnight hours.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, emails, and booking requests professionally.
• Create, modify, and manage limo reservations accurately.
• Dispatch rides to chauffeurs and coordinate pickup/drop‑off details.
• Monitor active trips, track flights, delays, and provide timely updates.
• Communicate route changes, wait times, and special instructions to drivers.
• Handle cancellations, last‑minute changes, complaints, and service issues.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, customers, and chauffeurs in the dispatch system.

Required profile

• Prior experience in limo, chauffeur, or transportation dispatch is strongly preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and resolve issues quickly.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, attention to detail, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with dispatch software.
• Experience using booking platforms.
• Good knowledge of maps and navigation tools.
• Strong email and CRM handling skills.
