About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our telecommunications team on the night shift in Karachi. You will be the first point of contact for customers interested in our internet and telecom services, turning inquiries into successful sales.
Key responsibilities
- Convert inbound customer inquiries into sales.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate telecom solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay up‑to‑date with our product portfolio and service offerings.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in telecommunications services (US Internet reselling) or call‑center sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasive sales abilities.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose effective solutions.

- Basic salary ranging from 50,000 to 80,000 PKR.
- Uncapped commission structure.
