Night Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Staff Kingdom is looking for an entry‑level Night Virtual Assistant to work remotely from Karachi. This full‑time position supports administrative and student‑facing tasks during night hours, offering fresh graduates a chance to gain experience in the education sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage emails, chat messages and virtual inquiries during the night shift.
• Perform data entry and keep student records and CRM systems up to date.
• Prepare documents, reports and meeting notes.
• Schedule and coordinate online sessions and meetings.
• Provide basic student support and follow‑ups.
• Maintain confidential and organized digital filing.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.

Required profile

• Clear written and spoken English.
• Proficient computer and internet skills.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Fast, accurate typing with strong attention to detail.
• Effective time management and ability to work independently at night.
• Professional phone/chat etiquette and customer‑service mindset.
• Basic problem‑solving ability and quick learning of new tools.
