Night‑Shift Appointment Scheduler (Cold Caller)

About the role

The Support Point is looking for a motivated Appointment Scheduler to join our Lahore office on the night shift. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, setting up meetings for our sales team, and ensuring appointments are confirmed and attended.

Key responsibilities

• Make cold calls during the 6 PM – 3 AM shift, Monday to Friday, with a one‑hour break.
• Identify qualified prospects and book appointments for the sales team.
• Track and update appointment status in the company’s CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects to confirm attendance and handle any rescheduling.
• Maintain accurate call logs and report daily results to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English.
• Serious, career‑oriented attitude with reliable night‑time availability.
• Punctual, professional work behavior and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
