Node.js Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer to join our team in Peshawar on a full‑time basis. You will work on building robust backend services and APIs, collaborating closely with product and front‑end teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server‑side applications using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Implement RESTful APIs with frameworks such as Express, Fastify, Nest or Next.js.
• Integrate real‑time features using Socket.io, WebRTC and Google Maps APIs.
• Work with AWS services (EC2, Cognito, S3) for deployment and authentication.
• Design and query databases like MySQL and MongoDB using ORMs (Sequelize, Knex.js).
• Participate in agile ceremonies and follow agile development practices.
• Utilize server‑side templating engines (Jade, EJS, Edge) where needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with Node.js frameworks and real‑time communication libraries.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
