About the role
The Ocean Freight Executive will manage day‑to‑day export shipments and support operational activities for DHL Global Forwarding. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth export processes and high satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide shipment updates and status reports.
- Collaborate on improving procedures that affect service delivery.
- Review and analyse complaints, handling receivables and payables.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries.
Required profile
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in ocean freight or related logistics field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable institution.
- Strong command of MS Office applications.
