About the role
This full‑time, on‑site Assistant position supports daily office operations in Islamabad. The role involves scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling communications and maintaining organized records.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars and handle phone/email inquiries.
- Maintain organized records, documentation and internal databases.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Support basic HR tasks such as arranging interviews and preparing candidate files.
Required profile
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities with a customer‑service mindset.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interaction.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using digital tools and databases.
