Office-Based Cold Caller for Virtual Assistant Services

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Cold Caller to join our sales team. The primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads by reaching out to businesses across the USA and Canada and pitching our Virtual Assistant (VA) services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients.
• Effectively pitch the company’s services.
• Schedule and confirm qualified Zoom meetings for the closing team.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups with leads to ensure appointment conversion.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with the closing team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of B2B cold calling experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Fresh graduates with exceptional English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
