Office Boy

About the role

The Office Boy will ensure the workplace remains clean, organized, and welcoming for staff and visitors. This full‑time position supports daily office operations by handling basic errands, refreshments, and upkeep of common areas.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and proper organization of the office and shared spaces.
• Serve tea, water, and refreshments to management, employees, guests, and visitors.
• Keep the kitchen/pantry area clean and well‑maintained.
• Perform routine errands such as collecting or delivering documents and small items.
• Assist with photocopying, printing, filing, and other basic office support tasks.
• Receive and guide visitors appropriately.
• Monitor office supplies and refreshments, notifying the relevant person when replenishment is needed.
• Help with opening and closing routines of the office when assigned.
• Handle company property and equipment carefully and responsibly.
• Follow management instructions and provide general support as required.

Required profile

• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Punctual with regular attendance.
• Polite and respectful communication with management, staff, and visitors.
• Ability to maintain office cleanliness and organization.
• Willingness to assist with day‑to‑day office requirements.
• Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Basic knowledge of Bahria Town Phase 8 and surrounding Rawalpindi areas is an advantage.
