On-site Blog Writer – Content & Social Media

About the role

We are expanding our team in Sahiwal City and need a creative Blog Writer to join us on‑site. You will craft high‑converting copy and manage our social media presence while collaborating with designers to maintain brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Write captions, ad copy, landing page content and social media posts that match the Lumen Scale brand voice.
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
• Manage, schedule and optimise content distribution, monitor engagement and refine strategies based on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure visual assets align with copy and campaign goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1+ years of hands‑on experience in social media management and content writing.
• Strong portfolio with verifiable case studies demonstrating past campaign results.
• Exceptional English communication skills and a deep understanding of platform algorithms.
