Online English Teacher

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Online English Teacher to deliver live lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels. You will use our proprietary learning platform and digital resources to create engaging, curriculum‑aligned sessions from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live online English classes using video‑conferencing and digital whiteboard tools.
• Design lesson plans that meet curriculum objectives and cater to mixed‑ability groups.
• Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and progress reports, providing constructive feedback.
• Develop remedial plans for learners who need additional support.
• Maintain regular communication with students and parents regarding expectations and progress.
• Participate in curriculum development, training sessions, and collaborative teaching activities.
• Occasionally attend onsite sessions at the Lahore centre when required.

Required profile

• Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and academic writing.
• Experience delivering lessons online with video‑conferencing and digital whiteboards.
• Familiarity with LMS features such as assignments, grading, and resource sharing.
• Effective classroom‑management techniques adapted to virtual environments.
• Professional online presence, punctuality, and good interpersonal communication.
• Reliable internet connection, headset, webcam, and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Preferred: TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent teaching experience.
