Online Teacher Coordinator

About the role

OLevels Virtual School is seeking an Online Teacher Coordinator to streamline virtual teaching operations. The role connects teachers, students, parents, and support teams to ensure live online classes run smoothly and consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate teacher schedules, class allocations, substitutions, and daily online teaching arrangements.
• Monitor class attendance, punctuality, lesson readiness, and compliance with virtual teaching procedures.
• Maintain accurate academic and operational records in the LMS and related tracking systems.
• Communicate schedule updates, technical concerns, and routine academic matters to teachers, students, and parents.
• Follow up on missed classes, timetable changes, student participation, and outstanding teacher issues.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating teachers, classes, schedules, or academic operations in a school or e‑learning environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with teachers, students, and parents.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, follow‑up, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and resolve routine coordination issues independently.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with online classroom platforms.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and digital record‑keeping.
