About the role
We are looking for experienced outbound appointment setters to join our on‑site team. You will make cold calls to business owners, qualify leads and schedule appointments for our Google visibility specialists.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume cold calls to prospective clients.
- Identify decision‑makers and assess their interest in improving Google listings.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Book appointments for the technical team to present findings.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM after each interaction.
Required profile
- Clear, neutral English accent with excellent pronunciation.
- Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow a script.
- Professional demeanor when speaking with business owners.
Required skills
- Fluent spoken English.
