Operations Coordinator & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator who will also manage digital marketing activities for our Karachi office. The role blends office administration, vendor and field coordination, and online business support, requiring a proactive and trustworthy professional.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, staff attendance, discipline and conduct.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, candidates, customers and senior management.
• Manage office supplies, purchases, repairs and market visits.
• Assist with candidate scheduling, interview logistics and onboarding processes.
• Maintain office records, expense logs, attendance sheets and regular reports.
• Handle confidential executive tasks and follow‑up on assignments until completion.
• Support customer service inquiries and manage digital content, listings, SEO and online business tasks.
• Perform urgent tasks outside regular hours when required.

Required profile

• Professional spoken and written English.
• Mature, responsible and trustworthy personality.
• Strong coordination, follow‑up and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable handling field and vendor matters.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High sense of confidentiality and accountability.

Required skills

• WordPress, Shopify or similar custom CMS experience.
• Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge, including on‑page optimization.
• Keyword and competitor research.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Website content management and ability to upload/edit pages, blogs and service listings.

What we offer

• PKR 100,000 monthly salary.
• Petrol allowance of 40 litres per month.
• Full‑time onsite position with standard working hours (11 AM‑7 PM).
• Travel allowance for nationwide assignments.
