Operations Executive

About the role

The Operations Executive is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Sialkot. You will oversee daily logistics and freight operations, ensuring shipments move smoothly while complying with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments, monitor cargo movement, and manage scheduling.
• Maintain accurate documentation, customs paperwork, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to resolve operational issues.
• Track performance metrics, update records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate shipment status to clients and provide end‑to‑end logistics support.

Required profile

• Strong operational and coordination experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Proficiency in documentation, customs processes, and SOP adherence.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to handle time‑sensitive issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Sialkot and manage multiple priorities with a customer‑focused approach.
