About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily activities at our entertainment and food outlet facility in Islamabad. You will ensure smooth operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the entertainment facility and food outlet.
- Lead, supervise, and develop operations staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated complaints.
- Monitor sales, operational KPIs, and control costs.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Coordinate with maintenance, vendors, HR, Finance, and other departments.
- Prepare operational reports and implement process improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of operations management experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, entertainment, or F&B.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
