Operations Officer – Real Estate

About the role

The Operations Officer will support daily activities across sales, leasing, property management and advisory functions for a fast‑growing real‑estate firm. Working closely with senior management, you will help streamline processes, coordinate internal teams and external vendors, and ensure accurate record‑keeping for transparent transactions and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate office operations and maintain documentation for property listings, contracts and client files.
• Support property‑management activities, including vendor coordination, routine inspections and issue tracking.
• Assist sales and leasing teams with listing administration, client follow‑ups, agreement preparation and CRM record maintenance.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs and highlight process bottlenecks for management review.
• Manage procurement of office supplies and service contracts, obtain competitive quotes and liaise with suppliers.
• Handle confidential client documents and interactions with professionalism.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Basic financial literacy for expense tracking and operational reporting.
• Effective problem‑solving, time‑management and the ability to prioritize multiple requests.
• Professional demeanor with a customer‑service orientation and respect for confidentiality.

Required skills
