Operations & Talent Network Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

Labeeb Writing & Designs is seeking a remote Operations & Talent Network Coordinator to manage daily business processes through its digital platform, Labeeb One, and to build a reliable international network of writers, designers, researchers and other service professionals. The role is hands‑on and focuses on coordination rather than redesigning the operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor new leads, opportunities and confirmed client orders in Labeeb One.
• Assign leads and orders to the appropriate coordinator, hub or service professional.
• Track payments, client requirements, assignments, deadlines, revisions and deliveries.
• Follow up on delayed acknowledgements, missing information and overdue work.
• Coordinate with Career, Academic and Business Solutions teams.
• Maintain accurate notes, statuses and activity records inside Labeeb One.
• Provide professional and timely progress updates to clients.
• Support quality‑control and delivery‑readiness checks.
• Identify operational risks and escalate through the proper reporting structure.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Source, screen and onboard writers, designers, researchers and other service professionals.
• Maintain talent profiles, skills, availability, rates and performance records.
• Match suitable service professionals with client assignments and monitor their performance.
• Negotiate service‑provider rates within approved ranges and handle escalations.

• Willingness to learn and follow Labeeb One’s established workflows, service standards and escalation procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate digital records.
• Capability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving routine operational issues.
